Australia  shipping only.
+ Free Shipping available for orders over $150.
+ Flat rate Shipping $9.50
+ Heavy packages over 5KG $15 shipping fee
+ Large items are local pickup or delivery only
+ Local pickup available (Kiama) 
+ All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
+ All unclaimed or incorrect addressed parcels will be returned to Frankie and me.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as all purchases are non refundable. However we want you to be happy with your products so an exchange will be offered if you receive a faulty product.
Please email info@frankieandmeboutique.com.au with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.
*Must be notified within 14 days. Items must be in original packaging, unwashed and all tags attached*
*Return shipping is at customers expense.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty this needs to be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email frankieandme@outlook.com.au with your order number and an image of the damaged/faulty item.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received an incorrect item, please email  with your order number and info@frankieandmeboutique.com.auan image of the incorrect item you have received. We will have this rectified immediately for you.
